By purchasing any product, program, or service from Andrea Merrill Co. and/or Virtually Adventurous LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Policy

• Payments must be made in full or in accordance with the agreed-upon payment plan.
• Payment plans require timely payments. Non-payment or late payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the product, program, or service.
• Invoice Auto-reminders: Automate payment notices (e.g., 3 days before charging for Week 2).

1A. Pricing Commitment Clause

By enrolling in any program, service, or offer provided by Andrea Merrill Co. and/or Virtually Adventurous LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following pricing policy:

After a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or enrollment, you will be locked into the current pricing structure for the full duration of the program or service. This includes a commitment to the total payment of $1,050 USD, whether paid in full or as part of an installment plan.

If no cancellation or withdrawal is communicated in writing to [email protected] within the 7-day period, the pricing will be deemed accepted, and one payment will be deducted, initiating your full commitment to the total investment of $1,050 USD.

This clause is non-negotiable and is designed to honor the energy exchange, strategic planning, and preparation that begins upon enrollment. By proceeding beyond the 7-day period, you agree to uphold your financial commitment in full, regardless of participation level or perceived progress.

2. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
  • Change of mind
  • Inability to attend or complete the product, program, or service
  • Dissatisfaction with results
• By purchasing, you agree to fully commit to the process and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling

• If your purchase includes live or scheduled sessions, at least 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling.
• Missed sessions or late rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and frameworks are proprietary to Andrea Merrill Co. and Virtually Adventurous LLC.
• Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.

5. Client Responsibility

• Success depends on your commitment, engagement, and implementation of the material or coaching provided.
• Andrea Merrill Co. and Virtually Adventurous LLC are not responsible for your results or outcomes.

6. Confidentiality

• Any information shared during sessions, programs, or within digital products will remain confidential.
• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants in group settings.

7. Program or Service Modifications

• Andrea Merrill Co. and Virtually Adventurous LLC reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product, program, or service to enhance client experience.

8. Disclaimers

• All services, products, and programs are for educational and informational purposes only.
• No specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Individual results may vary based on effort and circumstances.

9. Limitation of Liability

• By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Andrea Merrill Co. and Virtually Adventurous LLC from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in the pr

10. Acceptance of Terms
